Fellow Goosebumps fans, raise ya hands! I always read the Goosebumps books as a kid. Honestly, I still read them sometimes. Oops, guess that's not a secret anymore. Oh well. Anyways, "Revenge of the Lawn Gnomes" is one of my favorite of the stories. It's about these lawn gnomes that come to life at night and cause mischief. It always creeped me out. That's why I had to chuckle when I saw this news story. It's like Goosebumps come to life! It's probably just a small person playing a prank, but even so, it's still pretty creepy. Remember me mentioning that I bought the book "Go Ask Alice" to read? Well it came yesterday and I am almost finished already! I am liking the book so far.

It's Friday, which means my last day at work with my current schedule. I put in a schedule change to work more hours and it starts Monday. I should be bringing in about $100 more on my paychecks now.

Saturday is my birthday party (even though my birthday isn't until the 14th). I have a feeling something is going to go wrong, but hopefully it will be fun. Beforehand, we are going out to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. I can't wait. I've been craving their food lately.

I was just sitting here last night when it occurred to me that I have not read a single book in a really long time. Reading used to be a major past-time of mine. Of course that was before I got engrossed in the internet. As much as I enjoy being online, I want to do something else in my spare time as well. Quite frankly, I miss it. So I took it upon myself to browse around online looking for some good books and made a list of the ones that I found interesting. I am going to buy one at a time until I read them all, and I am sure that I will continue to add to my list. I currently have eight books on the list, and I have ordered one already. The one I ordered is "Go Ask Alice." I had heard about that book a long time ago and always thought it looked interesting. It should be here within a week. I can't wait to catch up on my reading!
