Normally I don't blog this close together as I prefer to space my entries out a little bit, but I'm bored, so why the hell not? I went to wal-mart today and spent almost $80. I'm supposed to be saving my money since I'm going to the beach, but that didn't work well. I only wanted a few things, but I walked out with bags of stuff. Junk food, mostly. Cookies, granola bars, fruit snacks, cakes, and you name it. I also ended up buying three things of ice cream. Yes, you read that correctly. Three! I couldn't decide between the butterfinger, mint chocolate chip, and chocolate peanut butter cup, so I got them all. I don't know what I was thinking. One would have been plenty. I tend to get carried away when I'm getting groceries. I even bought two things of deodorant because I couldn't decide whether the Orchard Blossom or the Sweet Strawberry smelled better. Oh well, now I can switch it up so I'm not wearing the same scent all the time. The baby powder smell was starting to really get old.
Filed under: Shopping, FoodI found out recently that my family and I are going back to the Outer Banks this Summer. I'm excited. Hopefully the weather will be good and I'll have a blast. It's still almost 2 months away, but I started getting ready by doing a little shopping. I needed a new bathing suit, and a bag that I could carry stuff in to the beach. This is what I bought:

I also looked at a calendar and realized that for 2 or 3 days that I'm there, I will have my period. That really sucks balls because I dislike wearing tampons, not to mention having to walk back to the beach house every 2 hours to change it in order to prevent leakage. (My experience with tampons is that I can't wear one for more than 2 or 3 hours without springing a leak).
I've read online that once I am done taking the dark blue pills, instead of moving to the green pills, I can start a new pack and totally skip my period. I'm not sure if I want to do that or not. It's supposed to be okay, as long as you don't do it often. I don't know though. I'm scared if I do it, the period I get after that will be a really bad one. What do you suggest I do?

This is going to be a pretty random post, just to let you know. To start off, new layout. I'm really excited because the old layout was up for a month, and I was getting pretty tired of it. I like this one so much more. My goal was to make a spring layout. I went with some bolder colors because Winter always feels so dull. When Spring rolls around, things seem to brighten up a bit.
I decided to take some new pictures tonight. I originally wanted something artistic, but all the pictures were turning out bad. So I just kept taking snapshots and making silly faces, as you can see to the right. I think of it as a token of my goofiness. It was fun though, and it cured my boredom.
My stomach has been bothering me lately. As a matter of fact, it's bothering me right now. All weekend I have been experiencing abdominal pains. Yesterday I had Wesley pull over because I felt so sick and was sure I was going to puke. He pulled over and then I was fine. It was pretty weird. I don't know if it's stuff I have been eating or not. I seem to feel bad a lot. I wish I knew what the problem was.
I have also been doing a lot of shopping lately. I've spent $200 this past week just on myself. I am running out of room to put all my clothes. I am still waiting on a package to arrive, but here is the other stuff I bought. Read more…
