Normally I don't blog this close together as I prefer to space my entries out a little bit, but I'm bored, so why the hell not? I went to wal-mart today and spent almost $80. I'm supposed to be saving my money since I'm going to the beach, but that didn't work well. I only wanted a few things, but I walked out with bags of stuff. Junk food, mostly. Cookies, granola bars, fruit snacks, cakes, and you name it. I also ended up buying three things of ice cream. Yes, you read that correctly. Three! I couldn't decide between the butterfinger, mint chocolate chip, and chocolate peanut butter cup, so I got them all. I don't know what I was thinking. One would have been plenty. I tend to get carried away when I'm getting groceries. I even bought two things of deodorant because I couldn't decide whether the Orchard Blossom or the Sweet Strawberry smelled better. Oh well, now I can switch it up so I'm not wearing the same scent all the time. The baby powder smell was starting to really get old.

I hate going shopping. I am so damned picky sometimes and I end up spending more than I intend to. The good part is that sometimes these extra things that I've bought come in handy later.
That's a lot of groceries… maybe you were hungry? You should always eat first before going grocery shopping, so things like, say, buying three pints of ice cream can be avoided, LOL =P
By the way — Mint chocolate chip is my favorite kind of ice cream!! *drool*
The only place where I really tend to get carried away is in Walgreens, heh. They have so many useless yet amusing trinkets there!
Hehe, I hate decisions. When someone asks me what I want to eat I really can't decide. I sometimes hate that about me. Lol.
They are, I totally agree.
Before my mum could drive we went to a small supermarket once a week and did a big shop, then my mum would get other things through out the week. Now that we have a car we go to the bigger stores which sell everything as well as food. Now when I go I end up buying magazines, books, clothes, dvds, computer games, and whatever else they sell there.
orchard blossom is my favorite scent, i wear it allll the time!
i only switch it up if they don't have that scent, at the store i happen to be at.
walmart is great but its the WORST. i know what you mean about intending to only buy a few things ..it sucks you in and then you leave penniless.
i really do love that place though.
hahaha dont feel bad! whenever i go to the grocery store i buy 3 things of ice cream too- ben and jerry's cherry garcia, chocolate fudge brownie, and fish food :]
This blog entry is bad for my diet - now I'm craving ice cream! lol.
LOL whenever my mom and I go grocery shopping together, we always say the same thing… "We're ONLY going in here for a few items."
Yeah, sure.
We end up with bags and bags of "bad" (but delicious) food, everytime. It's hard to control yourself when you see all that good food there, just waiting to be taken home and eaten. So now, my dad does all the shopping.. He's a no-nonsense type of shopper so he's no fun. lol
It's not grocery stores - it's Walmart! The stuff is a lot cheaper so you buy more. My rule is to never go grocery shopping when I'm hungry, because then I'm like "ooh, that looks so good, and I must have it." But…you can't really go grocery shopping on a full stomach either because you're like "blah, I don't even want to look at food!"
Walmart is so easy to just buy buy buy from! I do the exact same thing. Once you see something it pops into you're head that you're running out or need it haha. Or you just want it and do an impulse buy haha.
