I actually seriously want a boob job and it's something I'll probably get once I have enough money for it. Nothing extreme, though, maybe just go up a cup size. Clothes will fit me better and…NO MORE LITTLE AZN BOOBIES FOR ME =/

Aidee - I agree. I'm mostly talking about girls going from like an A or B cup to a DD or something. It's tacky looking, and usually doesn't fit their body well.

I'd sooner take hormonal pills to boost my size than get cut open and stuffed with silicon. Like you, I'm an A (barely), but I'm still halfway in the stage where I'm hurt when my small size gets brought to my attention.

I know people who have had boob jobs to help confidence and fix post-preggo boobs but nothing extreme. Carmen Elecktra has commented that she regrets having work done and Pam Anderson has been on and off with regrets.

Then again, tattoos are a body mod too and I love those!

When plastic surgery goes to the extreme, the results are never pretty. I understand someone wanting to go up a cup size or so, but when one goes from A to goodness knows hos big, then that is just… unnecessary.

Those look so… HEAVY. It'll suck when she gets old and hunches over.

I never really thought much about getting breast implants. Aside from already being a 46 C, I'm also a guy.

I think fake boobs look okay as long as they're not too big like that womens. I usually think they look nicer than real boobs, but real boobs feel better.

One thing I hate about the fake boob trend is people always claiming I have fake ones just because I'm a 36 DDD and not fat. It's annoying!

I think there are plusses to having small boobs, and plusses to having bigger boobs.. There are certain clothes that flatter each of them, and not the other.

I have to agree with you about fake boobs, although I don't think it's the boobs that is the problem so much as the types of girls that get boob jobs.

I agree about 99.9% with you on this subject. They never look natural, they can lead to big health problems, and it's just plain stupid to alter your body. The only time I ever think it's OK, is when women who have to have a breast removed due to breast cancer. Then it's understandable. No one is ever 100% satisfied with their bodies. I'd love to have a smaller chest, and the tummy I once had before child bearing =P
